How did I get into health & fitness?

I’ve been a lifelong athlete (soccer, track & field, volleyball, and horseback riding) and have always fostered my passion for sports, recreational activities, and staying healthy through movement and nourishing foods. After graduating college, and subsequently retiring from collegiate athletics in 2017, I fumbled around for a bit while I tried to find my purpose for fitness while no longer having structured practices, meets, or coaches. I struggled to stay active and decided to pursue my Certified Personal Trainer qualifications in 2020 as an opportunity to learn how to stay active on my own without the athletic structure that I had become so familiar with.

My Approach

My approach is both strategic and sustainable. I focus on building strong foundations through strength training, metabolic support, holistic nutrition, and lifestyle shifts that work in the real world. I coach with intention, education, and accountability so that every client not only sees progress, but understands why it’s working and how to maintain results long after they graduate from coaching with me. Whether you're training for performance, healing hormone imbalances, or just trying to feel better in your skin, I’ll meet you where you’re at and challenge you to grow from there.

Over the years, I’ve helped many people lose weight, build muscle, and improve hormonal health not through trendy quick fixes, but through smart training, real food, and habits that actually stick. I’ve coached beginners, athletes, moms, and professionals through seasons of stress, injury, burnout, and breakthrough.

My coaching blends strength training, metabolism support, and root-cause health principles. Whether you’re lifting weights, healing your gut, or learning how to eat in a way that energizes you, my goal is to help you build strength & energy that shows up everywhere in your life.

I work with people who are ready to take their health seriously, but don’t want to do it alone.

Fun Facts

I’ve dabbled in a little bit of everything incuding but not limited to bodybuilding, powerlilfting, Spartan races, and half marathons.

My favorite muscle group to train is shoulders.

When I’m not coaching my clients, I’m probably spending time playing kickball, volleyball, pickleball, paddleboarding, hiking, or walking my dog.

I will never turn down ice cream!

I’m a morning person through and through.
