Functional health coaching goes beyond surface-level symptoms to address the root causes of issues like fatigue, bloating, weight gain, poor sleep, and hormonal imbalances. Using a combination of nutrition, lifestyle strategies, movement, and (when appropriate) lab testing, I help clients support their metabolism, balance their hormones, and build lasting health from the inside out.

This program includes:

  • Custom nutrition guidance & strategies

  • Weekly biofeedback monitoring & advanced check-ins

  • In-depth symptom tracking & analysis

  • Monthly videos chats with your coach

  • Lab analysis, interpretation, & guidance

Incudes everything in the Online Fitness Training as well.

Online Fitness Coaching

$150/month (minimum 3 month commitment)

A fully personalized coaching experience built around your body, lifestyle, and goals, from anywhere in the world.

This program includes:

  • A custom strength training plan for home or gym

  • Access to the Trainerize app for progress tracking, scheduling, and habit support

  • Weekly training updates

  • Tailored cardio and movement targets

  • Supplement and lifestyle strategies that support your goals

  • Unlimited communication and form feedback via video

Whether you’re focused on fat loss, muscle building, elite sport or event performance, or just staying consistent, this program combines evidence-based training with real-time support so you can make meaningful progress without burning out.

Ideal for individuals who want expert-level programming and feedback without nutrition support.

In-Person Training

$65 = 1 session | $480 = 8 sessions | $880 = 16 sessions

This is a hands-on, customized training experience designed to help you build strength, improve energy, and feel more confident in your body. In-person sessions are perfect for anyone who wants real-time feedback, motivation, and personalized workouts tailored to their unique goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle growth, hormone balance, or simply feeling better in daily life.
