Can I workout from home or do I need a gym membership?
You can complete your scheduled workouts from anywhere that has internet access! Based on your needs, you’ll talk with your coach about which equipment you have access to and she will develop a plan that uses gym equipment, your equipment at home, or a hybrid of both.
I don’t have a doctor. Can you run labs for me?
Absolutely! I’m qualified to order, read, and interpret your lab work. I take a functional approach, meaning I’m looking at your lab markers to optimize and maintain your energy levels, digestion, and overall health. I’m looking for opportunities to reverse nutrient deficiencies, optimize your thyroid, adrenals, heart health, and cellular function, and minimize your risk for needing future medication. Based on your results, we can further tailor your nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan.
How does online coaching work? Is it effective?
While I understand the hesitation with online coaching, I can assure you that you’ll still get all of the resources you need for a successful program, including expert fitness programming, weekly check-ins with your coach, direct communication, and unlimited form feedback. Online coaching is just as effective as in-person coaching and comes with a much lower financial investment and more flexibility to work with your schedule, location, and lifestyle.
How are check-ins done?
You will be responsible for filling out your check-in document and making sure it’s as accurate and thorough as possible. Your coach will interpret and analyze your biofeedback, progress, and data to initiate weekly adjustments to your protocols. This could include, but is not limited to, your training (type, frequency & duration), cardio guidelines, nutrition strategies, hydration, recovery methods, mindset adjustments, and more. She will send a Loom video or provide written feedback with her analysis and recommendations.
What type of diet will I have to follow?
Each person comes with their own unique set of experiences, dieting history, medical diagnoses, eating habits, and preferences. You will collaborate with your coach to develop a tailored plan just for you. You will develop sustainable habits to achieve and maintain long term results.
