When I met Jackie a year ago I was at the lowest point of my life physically. I no longer recognized myself! I reached out to Jackie in July because I was interested in getting back in to shape and shedding some newly wed/baby weight (2 under 2) that I had accumulated over the last few years. I began working virtually with Jackie soon after having my 2nd baby in 2 years. I was out of shape and had not been taking care of myself well between having little time and little sleep.

Jackie worked with me to create a foundation to work from and gradually gave my nutrition, steps and work outs a tighter structure (but still with wiggle room). She took my limited time in between working and having 2 babies into consideration and made my protocols work for me.

Without having to cut out any of my favorite foods, I’ve now lost almost all of Baby #2’s weight. The most beneficial things for me have been my increased activity level (mostly steps) and changing what calories I eat to be sure I get the protein and nutrients I need.

I have been far from perfect in following my protocols but still have seen huge success. I like that because it is sustainable for me. I have not had to give up anything, but I have learned a lot about the choices I make. I like the learning part a lot! Best of all, Jackie is so positive and encouraging. I never feel like I disappointed her even when she is redirecting me.

Anyway, I highly recommend working with Jackie! I’ll be working with her for a long time to come. Next up, I’ll be losing baby #1’s weight. Woohoo!

When I started training with Jackie, I was over 200lbs and a size 36 waist. I was unhappy with how I looked but I had become comfortable (SMH). I had not done regular exercise in almost 10 years. My first year committed to getting back into shape was full of ups and downs. I often doubted myself and tried making excuses when I woke up sore and lacking in motivation and energy.
